Group Info Request Form
Group tickets can also be purchased at the front entry with one transaction. Split payments can not be processed for group ticket purchases. The minimum ticket amount for group purchases is 15 and applies to all persons in the transaction. If you have children under 42 inches, seniors, or military personnel their ticket would need to be counted as separate from the group count.
Inclement Weather Policy:
In the event of light rain, the park will remain open as long as it is safe to do so. If thunder is heard or lightning is seen, we will close the pools for 20 minutes from the last sound of thunder or sight of lightning. If we must remain closed for 1 consecutive hour before 4pm, we will issue rainchecks that will allow you to visit anytime within the same operating season. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. Rigby’s Water World will make every effort to remain open or to reopen as long as it is safe to do so.
Admission Ticket Terms and Conditions:
The QR code on each ticket allows for one entry scan. The name on the ticket assigned is only for that ticket holder. Rigby’s Water World reserves the right to deny access to its facilities to anyone at our discretion. Unauthorized use or sale of any ticket may prevent your admittance to Rigby’s Water World or any affiliated venues. No refunds will be issued. Not redeemable for cash. No retroactive discounts allowed. No rollovers from previous seasons allowed. Rigby’s Water World reserves the right to require photo ID for entry. The credit card authorized for your pass may be requested to confirm your purchase. Failure to present a photo ID and/or credit card for the purchase may result in a void of the entire sale. Admittance to Rigby’s Water World grants Rigby’s Water World permission to utilize the guests’ likeness, actions, and/or statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission publication, or reproduction of Rigby’s Water World in any medium or context for commercial or promotional purposes without further authorization or compensation. Rigby’s Water World attractions are subject to closure due to inclement weather as determined by management. 2024 Admission Tickets are valid for the date they are purchased. Refunds nor transfers will be issued for orders, moving, non-visits, or other external factors.
